Anne D’Agostino, Esq.
Annie’s practice is focused in the area of intellectual property, where she routinely deals with trademark, copyright, false advertising and cybersquatting issues. She counsels clients in trademark matters, from initial concept through to registration.
Prior to joining 360 Venture Law, Annie was an associate at Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, where she was a member of the intellectual property group. She participated in the prosecution by a large telecommunications company of numerous competitor telecommunications companies for trademark infringement and unfair competition in the context of telemarketing efforts. She also assisted in supervising a successful trademark registration and enforcement program for the largest university and collegiate licensing entity in the nation, which licenses apparel and other university merchandise.
Annie is active in the community, serving on the boards of Inman Park Cooperative Preschool and the Congregation Shearith Israel Sisterhood. She also is the national Bylaws Chair for Alpha Epsilon Phi national sorority. Annie and her husband Josh have three daughters and a girl dog.
