Aleta Mills-Stubin, Esq.
Aleta focuses her practice on patent prosecution and client-counseling for a variety of mechanical and biotech technologies, including product packaging, textile, wood-working, medical device and pharmaceutical technologies. Aleta also drafts related IP agreements and performs due diligence evaluations for patentability, infringement, and freedom-to-operate opinions. She specializes in in-depth analysis and evaluation of technology, business and legal issues to provide strategic advice and services. Aleta is registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office
Prior to joining 360 Venture Law, Aleta practiced in the intellectual property group of Kilpatrick Stockton LLP fielding domestic and international patent prosecution and intellectual property litigation matters for clients including multinational companies developing medical devices, product packaging, prepared foods, shoes and carpet tiles.
In the community, Aleta is an active volunteer at Springdale Park Elementary School and Haygood Preschool. She is also involved in her neighborhood parent association, the Virginia-Highland/Morningside Parent Association, where she sits on the board and writes the monthly newsletter. Aleta and her husband, Adam, have three children.
