space. Vesdia Corporation lets consumers (individual investors) save money through
merchant rebates from more than 700 traditional and online retailers including,

investors that shop in the BabyMint program retailers receive a rebate on all
purchases, which is then automatically invested in a college savings account.

The Kappa Card product
is a branded, prepaid, stored-value e-commerce card (analogous to a prepaid
phone card) readily available at retail outlets, which consumers use in
place of a credit card to make purchases on the Internet. Kappa Card technology

security system will remove many of the problems associated with credit
card transactions: charge backs, fraud, and theft. The major benefits
