Mr.
Perdew is on the Board of Advisors of 360 Ventures, Inc. Kelly is recognized
for his skills in developing strategic options, developing and implementing
successful operational strategies, negotiating, and managing and motivating
groups to achieve aggressive goals.
Kelly is
the President of CoreObjects. Kelly is
the Co-Founder and
Chairman of
www.motorpride.com, a community website for motor enthusiasts.
Kelly is
also the President and CEO of K12 Productions, LLC. K12 runs The Layoff
Lounge, the premier, nationwide on- and offline professional networking
and career education company focused on delivering results to job seekers,
employers and recruiters in this challenging job market.
Kelly has held senior management positions that include President, CFO,
SVP Business Development, and Board Director. He served as the Senior
Vice President, Business Development for eteamz.com and was instrumental
in securing financing, growing the value of the company through strategic
relationships and acquisitions and ultimately selling eteamz to Active.com.
Prior to eteamz, Kelly served as a strategy manager for Deloitte Consulting
in the telecommunications practice and spent almost three years as the
Vice President, Business Development and acting CFO for a start-up videoconferencing
equipment manufacturer and service provider where he grew sales and
worked with blue chip clients such as Lehman Brothers, AETNA and the
FBI. Kelly also served as a military intelligence officer in the US
Army and received numerous distinctions and awards including completing
Airborne and Ranger training.
Mr. Perdew
earned a MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA, a JD from the UCLA School
of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in national security and public
affairs from the United States Military Academy, West Point. He currently
serves on the advisory boards of several companies (www.savagebeast.com,

www.knoahinc.com) and enjoys working with young companies and fellow
entrepreneurs.
